Malawi born Clement is a student in the Hirota/Sakuri Lab in the Department of Computational Intelligence and Systems Scienceat Tokyo Institute of Technology. He is sponsored by the Japanese government under a three year doctoral Monbukagakusho scholarship program. His research efforts hinge on the development of Swarm Intelligence based Multiobjective Fuzzy Logic tools for communication networks and other dynamic environments. Clement also runs a blog on technology in Africa called Clement Nyirenda’s Blog World
